Launched in April 2025, the “Generations of Steel” project was born from a critical observation: a growing disconnect between traditional academic education and the rapidly evolving, complex realities of the iron and steel industry.
Driven by Almaadi Steel Group’s deep commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), this initiative was created to be more than just a training program. It is an integrated, practical framework designed to elevate the readiness of Egyptian youth for the industrial labor market. By placing students directly into real-world industrial environments—while simultaneously developing their administrative and professional skills—we are actively contributing to the regional and international competitiveness of the Egyptian industry.
Our Vision
To establish the “Generations of Steel” project as a premier reference platform for qualifying young cadres in Egypt’s iron and steel industry. We envision a replicable model that seamlessly integrates theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and leadership and administrative skills.

To provide comprehensive, 360-degree training programs—spanning both industrial and administrative fields—that merge academic learning with actual industrial application.
